Cleanliness clearly needs attention, with hair in showers and dirty dishes found regularly!!! The maintenance of amenities must improve, such as addressing the pool temperature and ensuring the jets in the hot tub function properly!!!

The hotel was quiet. We never heard people in the hallway even though the parking lot was full. They had trays for breakfast so my family could carry food back to the room instead of making a couple trips. It was nice to not have to waste time in a packed area!

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy king studio suite and the refreshing indoor pool during my stay. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was the slightly outdated decor, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyable experience. 😊

It was just a great fit for a two-day stay in Manchester with outstanding value. The staff were super helpful when I needed assistance with my bags. Make sure to check the bathroom thoroughly when you arrive. it could use a good clean.

The king studio suite was super spacious and comfy. Loved having a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and all the dishes needed. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice for relaxing. Breakfast had a great variety, and the trays for taking food back to the room were a lifesaver.

The King Studio Suite was spacious and impeccably clean, with soft linens that made sleep inviting. Breakfast offered seasonal products, but the oatmeal was too hard, and the toaster was broken, making it a frustrating start to the morning. Despite these quirks, the large fridge and included kitchenware made our stay convenient, especially for a family.

If you're a fan of local eats, Manchester's got your back! Hit up BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse for a killer pizza or dive into Toro Azteca for some legit tacos—both just a hop away from the hotel. The front desk staff were super helpful, and the room was cozy (when it was clean! ).

the tv remote was kinda gross, but the rooms were huge with a full kitchen! breakfast had some nice options, and the staff were super quick at refilling everything when it was low.

We stayed for 2 nights in this king studio suite. It was alright, being right next to a mall was a plus! But seriously, the room could've been cleaner. Everything felt sticky, and no vending machines? Just ice or overpriced microwave meals. The picnic area was nice to chill at after a long day.
